Q: What all are you/ have you been involved in during your time at West?
A: In my time at West I’ve cheered on the varsity team for 4 years now, and I cheer for Football and Wrestling. I am also very involved with Wahawk Insider.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about being on court?
A: Some things I’m looking forward to are riding in the convertibles during the parade, as well as walking court at the football game and seeing which one of these lovely people gets voted for Homecoming Queen.
Q: If there is one thing you could tell your younger self, what would it be? Why?
A: One thing I wish I could tell my younger self is to not give up when trying to accomplish your goals, keep trying even when it gets hard because one day you will get there.

A: 4 years Football, 2 years Basketball.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about being on court?
A: Being able to experience this journey with people I’ve known since middle school.
Q: After graduating, how would you like to be remembered at West?
A: As a star football player.

A: I have been on the volleyball team for all four years, the golf team for three, and I am currently involved in link crew.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about being on court?
A: I am looking forward to making memories with the other people on court, as well as showing my appreciation for being nominated!
Q: What is your favorite memory here at West?
A: My favorite memory at West is attending the football and basketball games.

A: I have played football all four years at West and I am also involved in link crew.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about being on court?
A: I am looking forward to being on the court since many people also on the court are people I enjoy being around. It also shows that I am thought highly of by my peers which makes me feel good.
Q: What is your favorite memory here at West?
A: My favorite memory at West was going to Des Moines three times to watch girl’s state basketball during my sophomore year.

A: I was involved in Volleyball my Freshman-Junior year. I have participated in golf since my Freshman year and have continued to do it.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about being on court?
A: I’m looking forward to become closer friends with the Court group.
Q: What is your best piece of advice to students?
A: My best piece of advice is to put yourself first.

A: I have been involved with football, track, and link crew.

A: Being recognized by my school, looking forward to also missing some class time.
Q: If theres one thing you could tell your younger self, what would it be? Why?
A: I would tell myself to not care so much what people think, because you’ll never be perfect to everyone.

A: During my time at West, I’ve been involved in soccer, swimming, the Mental Wellness Alliance, the Student Senate, the National Honors Society, and homecoming floats.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about being on court?
A: I’m most excited to make some memories with my friends with all the activities we have going on.
Q: If there is one thing you wish you could tell your younger self, what would it be? Why?
A: Something I would tell my younger self is to be kinder to myself because there is no one who judges you more than yourself.

A: Football, baseball and wrestling.

A: Having fun with my friends.
Q: If there is one thing you wish you could tell your younger self, what would it be? Why?
A: Enjoy high school because it goes by fast.

A: Tennis and Student Senate.

A: Celebrating with all of my friends on court as well as dressing up in pretty dresses.
Q: If there is one thing you wish you could tell your younger self, what would it be? Why?
A: High school gets a lot better. Don’t worry about your classes or the people you hangout with. Just be with who makes you feel the best and stopping thinking about what people think of you.

A: Track, Basketball, and Cross Country.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about being on court?
A: The floats, they have always been my favorite part about homecoming.
Q:If there is one thing you wish you could tell your younger self, what would it be? Why?
A: Life is a journey filled with ups and downs. Embrace the challenges, learn from them, and keep moving forward. I wish someone would’ve told me that there were going to be challenges in high school

A: I have been involved in soccer, link crew, and participating in all the outs for sports.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about being on court?
A: I am looking forward to dressing up and doing all the fun things there is planned for us. It is really an Honor to be on it and to represent our class.
Q: What is your favorite memory at West? Why?
A: My favorite memory would definitely be going to Des Moines for all of the state basketball games.

A: I am involved with the hockey team and baseball team.

A: I am looking forward to hanging out with all my friends.

A: Have fun it’s school not jail.

A: I have been involved with Student Senate, Dance Marathon, Educational Talent Search, Girls Swim team, Girls Tennis team, Yearbook, NHS, Link Crew, and Wahawk Insider.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about being on court?
A: I think this is a fun opportunity and I am honored to be a part of it. I am looking forward to being able to represent West High not only this year but for years to come.
Q: What is your best piece of advice to students?
A: Be kind to everyone but also yourself. Don’t think less of anyone and remember to be thankful for what you have.

A: Baseball 5 Years, Basketball 2 Years, Golf 1 Year, Red team 3 Years, AP Student, Student Section, Track 1 Year, and Link Crew.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about being on court?
A: Getting to walk the stage with my best friend Lucy Prescott, but I am not excited on how my hair is going to look at the end of the day.
Q: What is your best piece of advice to students?
A: Do everything that is available to you, even if you are not interested at first it could become your next passion.
Q: What all are you/ have you been involved in during your time at West?
A: In my time here at West I was a part of the Girl’s Soccer Team.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about being on court?
A: Enjoying time with those who have been selected.
Q: After graduating, how would you like to be remembered at West?
A: As a hardworking student.
Q: What all are you/ have you been involved in during your time at West?
A: I did Golf my freshman year, I swam my Sophomore and Junior Years, and I have been playing Baseball since 8th grade for West High.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about being on court?
A: The experience and being around my friends for the week.
Q: What is your favorite memory at West? Why?
A: Definitely the dances, such as Sophomore, Junior Homecoming, and Junior Prom.
Q: What all are you/ have you been involved in during your time at West?
A: I have played basketball all four years as well as ran track. I am in the National Honor Society and lead a prayer group. I also co-lead a missional community through Hope City Church at the Women’s Center for Change.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about being on court?
A: To be chosen by my peers as someone who deserves the honor of being on homecoming court is such a good feeling. I’m so excited to use my platform to spread my faith and all that God has done for me. I can’t wait to represent my school and meet new people.
Q: After graduating, how would you like to be remebered at West.
A: When I graduate from West I want to be remembered as a very humble person who was grateful and blessed for every opportunity I was given and someone that people could see God in. I hope to be remembered as someone who was always smiling, had a generous heart, and loved everyone for who they are.
Q: What all are you/ have you been involved in during your time at West?
A: Played Hockey freshman year, Baseball 8-12 Bowling 9-12.
Q: What are you looking forward to most about being on court?
A: Being with friends I have grown up with since kindergarten.
Q: After graduating, how would you like to be remembered at West?
A: Leader and hard worker and someone the youngins can look up too.
