Yearbooks for the 2023-2024 school year can be purchased here or in the main office. You can also go to YearbookForever.com and search “Waterloo West” as a school to purchase.

Prices for the yearbook increase as the year goes on, so buy yours today! Check out our pricing for the year:

  • $55 from November 11, 2023 to January 2nd, 2024
  • $60 from January 3rd to March 17th, 2024
  • $65 from March 18th to April 29th, 2024
  • BOOKS NO LONGER SOLD AFTER APRIL 30th. 

Our prices are increasing this year as we are adding more pages and more content to the West High yearbook! We went from a 176 page book to a 228 page book this year! With this jump, the price of our professionally-printed book must increase to accommodate all of the great content we are going to fill the pages with. However, you can still get the book at the cheapest price by ordering EARLY!

2022-2023 yearbooks have arrived and are available for pick-up in the main office for those who purchased!

Senior Yearbook Information

Senior portraits are due Friday February 2nd 2024.

Requirements for senior photos: (Please take this information with you when your pictures are taken.)

• Acceptable:
  ❖ Current color or black & white photo
  ❖ Background with little variety
  ❖ Centered, front view of full face
  ❖ Cropped from just above the head down to the shoulders
  ❖ Proper lighting
  ❖ Eyes open and visible
  ❖ Straight face or smile (preferred)
  ❖ Wear prescription glasses if you normally do
  ❖ Head coverings allowed if you wear it for religious purposes
  ❖ Full face must be visible
• Not acceptable:
  ❖ Wearing a hat, sunglasses, or anything that obscures the face
  ❖ No shadows on the face, glare on glasses, or red eyes
  ❖ No props or hands allowed
  ❖ Inappropriate expressions
  ❖ Copyrighted images without permission
  ❖ Do not submit professional photos you do not own

If photos do not adhere to these guidelines, the Wahawk will use the school picture. If there is no school picture, the student will not be pictured in the section.

Senior Photos may be submitted through Yearbook Snap using the code ‘Wahawks.’ Please contact [email protected] with any questions. Use the following steps to submit your senior photo:

1. Go to Yearbook Snap  (https://snap.yearbookforever.com/snap/index.html#/upload/xhEKM53Q8kl7OqG6cpKcNRn6)
2. Use the access code: Wahawks
3. Fill out the necessary information and upload your senior portrait!
   1. Upload the Image.
   2. Click the box under the photo that says “This photo is a portrait”
   3. Include the student’s First Name, Last Name, Grade for the photo.
   4. Fill out any remaining information.
   5. Submit!
